EBO Shrimp Sticks – Basic food for Pleco breeding

The Shrimp Sticks contain shrimp meal, which contains astaxanthin. Astaxanthin supports the fertility and immune defence of our shrimps. At the same time, it protects the eggs of the animals as it acts as a free radical scavenger.

Compared to commercially available food tablets, Shrimp Sticks are pressed three times harder and remain dimensionally stable and do not disintegrate, even after a long time in the aquarium. This property is an unbeatable advantage, especially for reluctant eaters or nocturnal animals.

This composition ensures larger clutches of eggs thanks to the high protein content and the easily digestible fish oils. The higher fat content in the egg prevents fungus. This makes these food sticks the first choice for feeding loricariids and many other creatures in our aquariums.

Due to the high protein content in this fish food, excessive feeding can lead to fatty degeneration, despite the good tolerance and optimal fats.

Ingredients: Vegetables, fish and fish by-products, cereals, oils and fats, molluscs and crustaceans (5 %), meat and animal by-products.

Storage advice: Always store feed in a dark place and covered to preserve the ingredients. To increase shelf life, store feed in the refrigerator (then it will last about twice as long). Do not freeze this product. During the freezing process, many ingredients are lost.

Feeding advice: Please do not overfeed the animals! Feed this food only in small quantities! Please ensure a balanced diet!
