This variety is selectively bred from wild discus species, mainly from the Amazon River basin in South America. Breeders have developed the Blue Snakeskin Discus by enhancing natural turquoise coloration and emphasizing bold fineline snakeskin patterns across the body.

Size:
Adult Batik Snakeskin Discus typically grow to about 6 to 8 inches (15 to 20 cm) in diameter.

Temperament:
