Description:

A complete dry-food solution for growing and maintaining discus fish, also suitable for other tropical fish varieties including Angelfish, Dwarf Cichlids, Tetras, and healthy supplement to bottom feeders. The granules developed by Diskuszucht Stendker have good tolerability and high nutritional value as well as the highest quality ingredients. This granulate is not soft granulate but not very hard either, it immediately absorbs liquid, swells very little and sinks.

The Original STENDKER Granulat is a top quality diet developed in Germany by converting the highly nutritious formula found in Stendker’s frozen ‘GoodHeart’ diet into a dry food alternative.

The high quality granules also replaces the beef heart ingredient found in frozen ‘GoodHeart’ with alternative fish and vegetable based proteins, allowing this food to be readily accepted by a wider range of species while sustaining sufficient levels of protein to meet the requirement. The granules are produced by deliberately avoiding using “fillers” so that small amounts are enough to provide the fish with enough energy, vitamins, minerals and all the essential fatty acids.

The granules can be fed via an automatic feeder and thus simplifies the 3x daily feeding. For 10 discus, 2 scoops of this feed is recommended per meal, that can be given as 3x times per day.

Ingredients: fish and fish derivatives, vegetable protein extracts, molluscs and crustaceans, cereals, oils and fats, yeast, vegetables, algae, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, dyes, preservatives and antioxidants

Feeding advice: Feed several times a day in small portions so that the animals eat the given amount within 2-3 minutes. When introducing a new product to their diet, give it in small portions along with the existing food, gradually increasing its share in the daily portion of food.
